# Our Signals

How to use TradeEasy signals and why they are the best.

<figure><img src="/files/mc8LzFUvecX44XjBJvTf" alt=""><figcaption><p>Long Signal with TP and SL Levels</p></figcaption></figure>

The **Trend Flow Toolkit \[TradeEasy]** provides automated entry signals, stop-loss (SL), and multi-level take-profit (TP) zones. \
It is designed for traders who want to follow **clear trend signals** with minimal guesswork.

{% hint style="success" %}
Our signals are the SIMPLEST to understand and follow
{% endhint %}

### Signal Type

Within TradeEasy we produce two types of signals; long and short.

* **LONG**: Green label appears when bullish trend or reversal is detected.
* **SHORT**: Red label appears for bearish entries or reversion setups.

<div data-full-width="false"><figure><img src="/files/e2o3NErfbzNVkMEuTVj2" alt=""><figcaption><p>Long Signal (Left) | Short Signal (Right)</p></figcaption></figure></div>

### Take Profits

Each signal comes with:

* **Entry Price** — Displayed next to the label
* **Stop Loss (SL)** — Red box beneath (LONG) or above (SHORT) entry
* **Take Profits (TP1, TP2, TP3)** — Green boxes above (LONG) or below (SHORT) entry

> Example:\
> **LONG** at 4560.26 - we buy here.\
> \
> SL: 4494.45 - we set our stop loss at this level \
> \
> TP1: 4626.07, TP2: 4691.88, TP3: 4757.69 - all our take profits ready to go!

Take profit 1 or "TP1" is the closest to the price and therefore the most likely to get hit and TP2 and TP3 serve as highest reward targets. All trades are also set up with favourable risk:reward ratios. \
\
When a TP is hit a checkmark (✓) is produced showing we've made profit!<br>

### Stop Loss

Our stop loss zone is highlighted in red and is always calculated to avoid being hit. By analysing liquidity and volume data we can avoid possible fakeouts to ensure you stay in your trade longer.&#x20;

When a stop loss is hit we exit our trade and we wait for the next! Losing is a natural part of trading however with TP3 being hit and our stop losses we only need to win 25% of our trades to break even! That's the magic of a good trade setup.

### Historical Signals

* **Colored dots** (red, green, blue) on past candles are older signals.
* These help visually track where previous signals occurred.
* Only **latest signal** will produce an active TP/SL structure.

# Support & Resistance

The classic way to see key market levels.

In trading, **Support** and **Resistance** (S/R) are key price levels where markets tend to **pause, reverse**, or **consolidate**:

* **Support**: A price level where demand is strong enough to halt a decline.
* **Resistance**: A level where selling pressure may stop a rally.

These levels are not always exact lines, they often act as **zones** where price reacts due to **liquidity**, **order clustering**, or **market memory**. Think of them like invisible "floors and ceilings" that price respects.

<figure><img src="/files/Ml4GJ1EFTnlPqyksVVlp" alt=""><figcaption><p>Support &#x26; Resistance Pivots</p></figcaption></figure>

The **S/R Pivots** feature automatically shows key support and resistance **zones** on your chart as **gray blocks** with **% labels**.

* The **gray bars** = important price zones
* The **% number** = how strong the level is\
  → Higher % = price reacted more at that level in the past

Example:

* `78.30%` = strong resistance
* `44.73%` = decent support<br>

#### <mark style="color:$success;">Looking to Buy?</mark>

* Wait for price to **come down to a support zone**
* If it **bounces up** from the zone → you can **enter a long trade**
* Put your **stop-loss** just below the zone

#### <mark style="color:$warning;">Looking to Sell?</mark>

* Wait for price to **come up to a resistance zone**
* If it **gets rejected and drops** → you can **enter a short trade**
* Put your **stop-loss** just above the zone
* **Take Profit**: Exit your trade at the next S/R level
* **Break + Retest**: If price breaks a zone, wait for it to come back and test it — then enter
* **Stacking Zones**: If 2–3 zones are close together, it’s a very strong level

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Other smart ways to use our SR</mark>

* **Take Profit**: Exit your trade at the next S/R level
* **Break + Retest**: If price breaks a zone, wait for it to come back and test it — then enter
* **Stacking Zones**: If 2–3 zones are close together, it’s a very strong level

# Flow Bands

Follow the trend without any headaches.

### What Are These Bands?

These **dynamic colored bands** follow price to help you:

* ✅ **Follow the trend** - Know when to stay in or switch bias
* 📉 **Spot buy/sell zones** - Enter near the band for low-risk trades
* 🧱 **Act as Support/Resistance** - Price often bounces off the bands

<figure><img src="/files/Y9NvFjKC6aqSiwjnovW5" alt=""><figcaption><p>Flowbands</p></figcaption></figure>

***

### How to Read the Bands

#### 🟢 Green Band = Bullish Trend

* Price is **above** the green band → trend is **up**
* You should look for **buy setups**
* The band acts as **support**

#### 🔴 Red Band = Bearish Trend

* Price is **below** the red band → trend is **down**
* You should look for **sell setups**
* The band acts as **resistance**

#### 📌 Flat or Flipping Band?

* Trend might be changing
* Be cautious or wait for confirmation

### ✅ How to Trade With the Bands

| Strategy            | What to Do                                                                                           |
| ------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Trend Following** | Buy when price bounces off green band in an uptrend. Sell from red band in a downtrend. |
| **Break + Retest** | If price breaks above the red band and retests it as support → potential reversal long |
| **Ride the Trend** | Stay in trade as long as price stays on the correct side of the band |
| **Band Rejection** | If price rejects the band with a wick or strong candle → consider entering in direction of rejection |

***

### Pro Tips

* Combine with **support/resistance zones** or **volume tools** for stronger entries
* Use **lower timeframes** for tighter entries inside the band
* Exit or tighten stop-loss if price **closes fully inside or flips the band**

### 🔁 Summary

| Condition               | Meaning                     | Action             |
| ----------------------- | --------------------------- | ------------------ |
| Price above green band | Uptrend, support zone | Look to buy |
| Price below red band | Downtrend, resistance zone | Look to sell |
| Price touches band edge | Possible entry zone | Watch for reaction |
| Band flips color | Trend shift may be starting | Be alert |

# Channels

Trade using market bounces!

### What Are These Bands?

These are **dynamic channel bands** that adapt to market volatility. The middle line follows the **trend**, while the outer bands detect **extreme price moves** where reversals are likely.

The goal:\
✅ Catch potential reversals when price pushes **outside the band**\
✅ Trade with the trend using the **middle line**\
✅ Read market **consolidation vs breakout**

<figure><img src="/files/ZO4Z0ergTKzamQsmhhl9" alt=""><figcaption><p>Channel Bands with Buy &#x26; Sell Signals</p></figcaption></figure>

***

### How to Read the Bands

#### 🟣 Purple Arrows = SELL Signal

* Price **spiked above** the upper band
* Market is overextended to the upside
* Reversal or pullback likely → consider short

#### 🔵 Blue Arrows = BUY Signal

* Price **dropped below** the lower band
* Market is oversold
* Reversal or bounce likely → consider long

> 📌 Price likes to return **inside the band**\
> These signals are often **mean reversion** entries.

***

### Middle Line: Trend + SR

* The **middle moving average line** follows the **main trend**
* Acts like **dynamic support or resistance**
* Can be used for:
  * Trend bias (price above = bullish, below = bearish)
  * Entry point after signal (e.g. reversion to the midline)
  * Continuation confirmation (price staying on one side = strong trend)

***

### Band Width = Volatility Insight

* **Wide bands** = High volatility / strong trends
* **Tight bands** = Consolidation / ranging market\
  → Often a **signal that a breakout is coming soon**

Use band width to decide:

* Trade smaller in high volatility
* Wait for breakout from tight squeeze zones

| ------------------------ | -------------------------- | ------------------------------------ |
| Price above upper band | Purple arrow = SELL | Look for short or TP longs |
| Price below lower band | Blue arrow = BUY | Look for long or TP shorts |
| Price returns to midline | Mean reversion in progress | Use for entry or partial exit |
| Band tightens | Low volatility | Wait for breakout, prepare to trade |
| Price hugs outer band | Strong trend | Avoid counter-trend, follow momentum |
